just plan on slipping the clutch , try just lowering tire pressure and do 1st gear launch if you are getting 2.2 or better on street tire no need to try 2nd gear starts, you most likely won't do better then that

I might try that because at 17 psi boost, the tires lite up in the first three gears.

I'm pretty sure you would get better than 84mph with 163hp........ I mean I'm stock and I've run 106-107.......

You need to get someone to record a video next time you go to the track.

i am not slower. You are a better driver. IF we lined them up and went i would have you by the top of third im sure.

And also, i spun MORE you just cant hear the falken azenis sports spin. They are soft and they dont squeal like other tires.

I am planning on making my first trask visit soon. Im kinda scared, could you guys give us newbies some tips? i.e tire pressure, launchiing, or just draggin in general..also i have the nitto neo gens on the right now, and i dont think theyt are sticky at all, shouldi wait and put some sticker ones on or go as is?

azenis is usually 10 larger then what a regular tire is. now i am using 215-45-16 and that is eqiv to 225 45 16 of another tire.

The only thing added to my car is the exhaust, flywheel, clutch, silicone vacuum hoses,and boost controller.... everything else is what it came from the factory with.

yeah my guy got it welded up today. It is gonna be pressure tested etc tomorrow and i will most likely have it by thursday/friday.


and blkzoomzoom... "tweaked" is adding fuel. What you have done is a bit more than a "tweak" i think lol.

Well another couple of runs at the track tonight. The clutch was holding out this time. Only thing was I was spinning 1st 2nd and 3rd.

Best time of the night: 13.8 @ 108.9 MPH on street tires
