ok a friend of mine has an eclipse GST, and they come with bypass valves.. but he bought a greddy type-s and it came with a metal plug to just plug up the whole where it recirculates to,, and it works all fine and dandy...

so I was wandering if I couild do that with my MSP?? I have a Turbo XS racing bypass on the way, but all you have to do it disconnect the return hose and TA DAAA!!! blow off valve...

sooooo.. Im asking,, if I plug up the hole, where the bypass valve returns the air,, would that cause any trouble? I did a search, and there are no other threads for this.. so do not flame

More than likely you'll have stall problems. The ecu really wants to see that return line recirculate back in. I am running a Greddy Type S, but I also have hard pipes with a FMIC. I am venting to the atmosphere and have no stalling issues...Later,
