Do these fit the speed 3?

oh never mind just noticed it states except for mazdaspeed 3. does anyone know if they make these for the speed 3 yet?

great i just ordered mine, i will let you know it turns out. i really like these over using solid mount because it allow some play so it wont shake the s*** out of your car, yet eliminates 75% of movement, plus it alot cheaper!

You'd have to unbolt the motor mount to put these inserts in. Look at the motor mount epoxy mod thread in the how to section and it should give you an idea how these inserts are installed.

I had these and later went to the 88 durometer AWR mount. They worked almost exactly the same. Install takes about 15 minutes. Undo the 3 19mm bolts on the trans. It's a lot easier. You don't have to shimmy the mount in that way. Comes out as one big piece.

I just did this also.

Pro's : Much better Feel for what the cars doing. Feel it in Steering, Clutch Engagement, Shifting. I was ripping thru roads faster then ever 15 minutes after I had installed them.

Con's : Small Vibration during start-up, just engine rocking but its noticeable. The entire exhaust reverberates ever so slightly louder thru car at high rpm's.

Verdict. I love it, Greatest 40 dollar investment ever and if you remove the 3 19 inch bolts, it takes 15 minutes to install. I put a little oil on mine???, maybe keep em a little quieter, i didn't want any squeaks. I haven't had to much of an issue with Wheel-Hop, haven't been to track yet, but even for an everyday driver, car should have come like this but at first you may be a little off put by the small vibes, trust me, 3 weeks, you'll forget you did it, and just be faster.

I like this cars smooth sleeper character so am very careful in my mods selection and have only done minor things like Redline MT-90 Gear Oil, Redline Watter Wetter and 80/20 Mix:I live in FLA, Don't try that up north, use 50/50 and Watter Wetter. I've also switched to Motul 5.1 Brake Fluid and just switched to synthetic after an oil change at 1250 miles with Castrol GTX and now Mobil 1 at 3250 miles. I also have added the TWM Shifter bushings, another no-brainer that takes more time to find your sockets then to do and it really does have only pro's, I can't imagine a negative for the shift bushings. I guess that's it, kinda rambling, waiting for games to start and got a few nice parleys going today that are still in play from thanksgivings games, pray for Tampa -3 and Denver +1...lol not kidding please pray....lol

All I got to say about the shifting of this car is, for what 80 bucs you can get the TWM Bushings and the Corksport Motor Mounts Inserts. Its no Honda shifter yet, but I got to admit, for a cable operated shifter, I'm getting close. My next mod is to somehow add a stiffer spring for reverse, i guess I'm a rockcrusher era guy but it drives me crazy, got some ideas for how to do it with the stock shifter but may wait till the Cobb STS comes out and see what they've done and then mod that one to be stiffer. Damn Bucs just changed QB on first play, pray hard guys.. I'm out thats all i got to say about shifting and parlays.

Now that I got the shifting decent in this thing, man the Cobb Access port cant come fast enough.
