Did some research need everyones help on this check valve or fish tank valve!!!

You can get the parts you need to make that at Grainger for about $10. The turbo Dodge and turbo Ford guys have been using those tricks for 20+ years.

Get a good boost gauge first and make sure it's working. And be careful! If you keep the wastegate from opening until, oh, say 15psi you could be in for some serious problems.

Ya i defenitly need a boost gauge, i have 2 from the mustang so i guess ill just stick with autometer for right now since they are affordable. How would I go about making those myself though? Im not even sure what to buy at teh store. Thanks

Here's a lot of info on building your own. It's a trial-and-error process, however, to get to the correct boost level. It's very important that you are careful during the tuning the process. If you are not careful YOU CAN AND WILL DESTROY YOUR ENGINE. I'm not saying you shouldn't do it, but you must know the risk involved.
