I have a few questions, mainly for ahmad, so i wanted to post a few pics of them uninstalled before i undertake the task of putting them on tommorrow.

ok here are my questions ahmad:
1) which way do the strips bend? they arent straight, they bend in the rear, so do they bend out or in?
2) not so much a question, but you see in the one pic what the underside looks like. im kinda pissed. how is that s*** supposed to attach? am i gonna have to put layer upon layer of double sided tape under there until its flush with the bottom?
3) the end of the strip does not come flat with the ground. if you look at them straight on, picture a staple, thats what they look like...so i hope the mold is perfect so that the top end of the "staple" sits flush with the roof.
4) not a question but a note. there are some definate blemishes you get with real carbon fiber. mostly on the edges, that should be covered by the roof.
5) info for everyone. this is definately a custom job. you can tell they dont mass produce this s*** and thats one cool aspect. i just hope like hell it fits good.

I envy you... cant wait to see them installed and in person. congrats!

-they bend in the front towards the sides of the car..

2) not so much a question, but you see in the one pic what the underside looks like. im kinda pissed. how is that s*** supposed to attach? am i gonna have to put layer upon layer of double sided tape under there until its flush with the bottom?
-I dont know, the canadian strips have clips you glue to the car. You could try cutting a strip of narrow rectangular wood into a piece that will fit into that gap and use silicon to attach it. I cant believe they didnt give you anything to attach it with.

3) the end of the strip does not come flat with the ground. if you look at them straight on, picture a staple, thats what they look like...so i hope the mold is perfect so that the top end of the "staple" sits flush with the roof.
-The canadian strips arent the same height all the way back.

4) not a question but a note. there are some definate blemishes you get with real carbon fiber. mostly on the edges, that should be covered by the roof.
-doesnt look like the sides are going to show. the groove is decently deep.

-hope it fits good too. best of luck

So these strips go over the plastic thingy where our roof rack used to be? Very nice...maybe it needs some double sided tape and you'd be fine. I used Double Sided 3M tape for my Downforcers..keep us updated and more importantly good luck

What I want to know is how DGM gets away with charging twice what they should for their CF stuff when it is proven to be a POS?
