Dealership problems

So I had to take my car in because of the natorious CLUNK. I know they need to replace the bushings, but they called me and tried telling me that they stabalizer bar was not factory and the work that was done the last time the bushings were replaced was terrible. Well the last time work was done was at another mazda dealership, and they even have a record of it. They dont want to do the work because they didnt do the work and they dont think the parts are factory. I've searced for a while on here and can't find any picutres of the rear stabalizer bar. Does anyone have pictures of it, and also the springs??

Swaybar dealer pains.....

O.E swaybar is red and says "racing beat" on it just like your wheels. Don't take any s*** from the dealer, that is a warrantee item from Mazda and so are the bushings. ALSO.....not ALL Mazda dealers are Mazdaspeed dealers or authorized to do Mazdaspeed warrantee work. The Mazda dealer ten minutes from my house is not so I have to drive an hour to get "Mazdaspeed Certified" service. They have techs there that are trained to work on Mazdaspeed vehicles. If they are not used to seeing the underbelly of Mazdaspeed cars they will try and tell you that it is "not stock" Did I mention not to take any s*** from the dealer?...J

yes i had the same problem, and they told me the same thing that my sway bar was aftermarket and they will void my waranty because of that ..

WOW, so i FIANLLY got everything resovled... i think. After getting involved with the shop manager and him basically telling his employees to go kick rocks and they dont know what they are talking about, they replaced my bushings, found the threads on the sway bar were done for, replaced my sway bar and swapped out my stereo. I go to pick up my car, and the stereo isn't even mounted in the can, i can just pull it right out of the dash, and a day later that one s**** out on me, I fought with them to order another radio before i brought it in as i tried reseting the deck and pulling power and still f'd up, got my car back again, and STILL didnt mount the radio in the can ~ im taking it back to my old shop and having them do it F*ck dealerships.... Thanks for the pic, I just needed some 'proof' that im not the only one with the 'aftermarket' sway bar...
