The reason was that I'm using silverstar bulbs and they don't last that long. My guess is that they don't get the same volts while on durring the day (DRL)? Cause as soon as you turn on the headlight the same bulb burns brighter. Any way I now know these bulbs have a year warrenty at Canadian Tire.
