Custom Protege fuel rail

Beau, If we buy the fuel rail, in your opinion, what fuel regulator should we use? (name brand & model) You have far more experience with this type of mod than I do.

Thanks,

Steve
Any universal style regulator will work.I personally like the Aeromotuve 13105 regulator. It's good for 1000HP and is small and compact.

The complete fuel system kit I'm putting together will come with the 13105 regulator.

emmm. fuel system. i think i read somewhere- that unit has a 1/8"NPT for a under hood gauge, right? or maybe it was on select models only.

Here it is just sitting on the intake. We couldn't find our injectors to mount it.

Looks exactly like the one i have on my secondary fuel rail in my car... The old Spool Turbo beast :)

Terry mentioned that he had repeated problems with the aeromotive regulators taking a crap... and I think the one i have in my car may have gone as well... but I'm not sure as of yet....

But awesome to see a new toy available to more people! :)

Here are some pictures of it installed.Testing is nearing completion and everything is performing great.

Here are a few more teaser pictures.

Our fuel rail REQUIRES you to run an aftermarket regulator.
We will be releasing it for sale in the coming days and will put up a post with detailed pictures, pricing, etc in a new thread.

wow very nice steel braided lines included? what kind of regulator?

sorry if you already said this...

I have the same lines on my system and they are very nice. I was extremely impressed with them when i had to start removing stuff from my car.

For the rail and the 2 O-ring fittings(the ones in the picture are not O-ring.) retail will be $99.But we will be offering it at $79 for the first month once we release it.We will be offering it in polished, red and blue(anodize).

We will have a complete rail kit that will include the rail, fittings,AeroMotive #13105 regulator,-6 braided line(feed and return).Price will be $299.

The rail will be $159. for the rails, mount tabs,inlet/outlet fittings, and hardware.
WE did a few design changes to the mount tabs and they brought the cost up.

its so pretty... will you be offering a complete kit (w/ lines and regulator) for the lazy people?

yes do it for the lazy... haha

Also how will this regulator if we have a fmu/fpr will it act as a stronger stock one?

Did everyone notice that the brackets are removable and not cheap aluminum tabs that are just welded on? It does cost more but it looks much more professional and luxurious. Beau doesn't say what little things he does to make his products unique (too modest) but I got no problem telling everyone!
