all out 1.6l race car.. nice bikman, finally got my 1.6l turbo to run right... a walbro fuel pump solved all my problems..

Awesome glad to hear. I had many issues myself with fuel managment. After many standalone and piggy-back ECUs finally built my own megasquirt-n-spark used a Ford EDIS ignition system w 550cc GM injectors an I've been ripping it up. All on a stock 99 1.6L motor with probally around 110K miles on it and the tranny. Hope to get in some qulaity dyno time this winter to see what the 1.6l ZMDE motor is realy capable of.

nice, i am reading steady 10:1 fuel ratios now, a lil rich.. might step it down to a 10:1 vortech instead of a 12:1.. what type of spark plugs do you use, i am about to change mine, i am still running stockers...

There comes a time in a modders life where he gets his first intake. Here are some pics. Also notice the location of the coolant res with the stock bracket - im kinda proud of that.

I use NGK or Denzo Irduims in all my FI vechiles.
