Good work, Its to bad you can't get rid of some of that plastic in the engine bays. I hate all the plastic they are using on cars these days. That is a sweet strut bar, when did you install that?
 
You are a lucky, lucky man! My g/f has an '01 LX and hell would freeze over before she'd do anything (let alone let me do anything) to her car!

Either way, it's awesome that she's cool with it. Hell, my g/f is now just letting me (ha) change her oil, sparkplugs, brake pads, etc. At least she's finally realized that if I do the maintenance it's much cheaper. I'm still trying to convince her that going I/H/E would be better. Then again, she pretty much hates my car with a passion so anything that I might do to hers that would result in it being even remotely similar to mine is strictly verboten. At least your girl seems mildly interested...

Well if you ask her she'll just say "It's stupid!" LOL, to her it's too loud, it rattles too much, it requires too much maintenance, it has too harsh a ride, I spend too much money in general on it (that I could be spending on her), etc. But seriously, she's one of those people that thinks of cars as no more than a means of getting from A to B. She just doesn't see any point in spending money on something that "already works just fine".
 
My ex is so jealous of my car. When we were together right when I first got it 5 years ago I did my first mild modding; springs sri and muffler and all she did was whine about it. We have 2 boys so I got her a brand new Ford Explorer. Then she got screwed up into drugs and lost everything including me and my boys. Now recovered, she drives a POS and I have about 20k into my P5 and she still hates it. I pull up with my boys to drop them off for the weekend with my loudass hot rod with the tunes jamming man I love that!! It's good to be single!!
