CP-E Intake Xcel CAI for Paypal or Cobb SRI trade

I am getting rid of my CP-E intake because I want a legal intake for California. I have Cobb shift knob and accessport so I might as well get the cobb SRI while I am at it. I am letting the CP-E Intake + CP-E Pre-Filter for 130$ shipped to lower 48 states. I will be using paypal for the transaction. I will also do a straight trade for a COBB SRI. This retails for 330$ for just the intake not including the filter. It has normal wear and tear scratches but no damage to it. I will take it off when I get a buyer. Thank you for viewing. 3 inch full CAI if you are talking about the turbo inlet it doesnt come with that.

Is this intake only not legal in California? My B-day is coming up and the Mrs. is asking what to get me and this might just be what I'm looking for. This doesnt throw a Check engine light right?

It doesn't throw a CEL. It has a perfect placement for the MAF sensor so you don't have to use an anti-fowler or anything like that. Nice wheels btw.
