Cooling fans not engaging

i have two ebay slim fans mounted to my mishimoto rad, however recently my hot pipe melted my ac cooling fan so now i am down to one.
After it melted the other fan will not engage, causing me to overheat in stop and go traffic.

what all should i check besides fuses,and how do i check the fan relays with a multi-meter

Make sure the wiring didn't melt. If the fan melted I would garuntee the wiring did

ohk i will check, however the fan that did not melt is the one not working

I don't believe the fans in your car share any portion of wiring from the factory, however I have no idea how your eBay fans are wired in. Is it possible they are wired in series?

The easiest way to test a relay without any knowledge is to swap it with another one in the fuse block and see if the fans suddenly work.
