Constant Locking of Threads

I'm not sure I understand why threads get locked when they are in the right section and the thread is going just fine. Then some mod usually tease comes in and for no reason starts editing peoples posts or locks the thread. It's getting very frustrating. There was one recently(sp) about a sticker placement. It was locked for no reason at all. I was actually interested because I just bought a couple of stickers.

It seems in general threads are locked way to fast.

Last I looked I was an adult and I can decide for myself what I read or don't read. Plus if what you say was true 90% of the posts would be edited.....kinda like your using fucktards and douches.

my friend who is a mod on a different car board moderates awesome: if he thinks youre being a douche, you get edited. a thread is garbage, it gets locked. youre a total asshat, you get an unchangable title. and life goes on, somehow. it doesnt matter how old you are or if you think youre mature enough or whatever.

to me it looks like someone posted something being an asshole and so tease edited it. then you complained about it and before it could get out of hand he just locked it.

my best guess would be int he future if he does something like that just pm dsmconvert or whoever and ask what they said rather than antagonizing the mods in the thread.
