WOLVERINES!! :D

go U of M!!

Booooooo! Go BUCKS!

NO. 3 team in the nation.

Wow! This is so sudden and unexpected. Well let me start by first thanking God and my Mother who always supported my OSU addiction. Then I would like to thank U. of Tenn for handing out a great whoopin' and Pitt for taking VT down a couple notches and not to forget Clemson for finally winning "Bowden Bowl V"

thankyou Godbless and goodnight:D

TCU= 9-0.....top 5 ....hell no! **** the ap poll...and **** the college poll.....they know if they are top 6 they get a bcs bid...so **** off u people who make the polls

Yeah, TCU is crap. If they played a Big Ten schedule they'd be lucky to have a winning record. I bet Penn St. is better than them and they havent won a conference game yet. Probably any number of teams could go undefeated in bad conference USA.

well, lets just pray to the heavens that we (osu) don't end up #2 behind the OTHER osu.
fear ++++

NOBODY wants to play Oaklahoma - they'd kick the s*** outa the bengals this year.

that could be true....but even to win 9 games in a row and have no stand out players is pretty good..and no penn state couldnt beat them i doubt u of i coud beat them either...and just an update they are currently ranked 6th so they are eligible now gaurenteed a bcs game as long as they stay in the top 6

It isn't TCU's fault they are ranked number 6, it is the system. The Anderson Computer has them as the number 2 team in the country. Please. The chances of them beating Michigan and the other teams they are ranked above is pretty slim. Speaking of Michigan, that game will be huge this year if we can get past Purdue. I'm sure they'll beat Northwestern.

yeah i know thats why i said **** who ranks them...michigan will beat purdue easily i think and me being from chicago northwesten is a joke

yeah, Michigan already beat Purdue easily and only has NorthWestern left. I'm saying Ohio St. has to beat them now. Purdue may be a little bitter after we beat them with a last minute touchdown pass on 4th down last year :) I've got nothing against Northwestern though, they do good with what recruits they can get. I was happy to see them beat Wisconsin, damn Badgers.

Hey ToBeBackDoc, what happened to Marshall yesterday against Miami(of Ohio)?! Nah, just playin, Miami is good but not that much better than Marshall. The Herd must have played bad.

Go HERD!

bad news for the herd the other night - ran into a rather HOT miami (oh) team. I'm not sure the redhawks could beat an Iowa or Michigan, but they sure looked like champs against marshall...

:D

yeah, that should be a good one IF we can get by this weekend.

That and TCU's problem is their schedule:
tulane (4-6), navy (6-4), vanderbuilt (1-9), arizona (2-8), army (0-10), s. florida (6-3), UAB (4-6), Houston (5-4), and Louisville (7-2)?

that leaves them with cinci (5-4), southern miss (6-3), and smu (0-10) yet to go.

come on.

Well here's the deal. There are no excusses in college football. We got our arses handed to us by a much better team. Really wasn't expecting much last night but at least keep it respectable. Maimi is severaly underrated with thier only loss at Iowa. I think they'll do fine and win the MAC and win thier bowl. Good for them and it's about time. And as for my beloved Herd....well we got a long way to go. our QB is out for the season and his back up is the worst QB in the country no joke. This guy can't throw a ball more than 20 yards I swear. But you win alot you lose some.
Go Herd!!

nrcooled;
Your description says your from North Virginia; approximately where at? The reason I ask is I will probably be relocated to Virginia (Probably Richmond) within the next few weeks for my job. It would be sweet to live near someone with not only my same love for cars, but my INSANE (Borderline psychotic) love for the BUCKEYES!!!!

And oh by the way, so I stay on topic, Bucks win out, we are back in the Sugar Bowl. I know I stated that earlier but I decided it needed to be done again!!! GO BUCKS

I am in Springfield. My mother is in Richmond and she really likes it. One really cool thing is you will be really close to Spool to do all your MSP aftermarket parts shopping.

FYI- Springfield is about 1hr 30min away from Richmond

[In sincere voice]Please God let us beat Michigan[/sincere voice]

The plane carried 37 Marshall football players, 21 supporters, seven university staff members, five coaches and five crew members and was returning from Greenville, N.C., where the Thundering Herd had lost to East Carolina University earlier in the day.

you know what's funny about Miami(OH) is that they are I think only 2-3 spots behind Miami(FL) in BCS. I think it would be great if Miami of Ohio was the best Miami team this year. I was impressed with the way they shut down Bowling Green. No shame in losing season opener to Hawkeyes.

Oh and I think we will beat Michigan. All throughout the 90's more talented Buckeye teams lost to Michigan. Now the reverse is true, they are loaded, but we have the mental edge. Tressel has Lloyd Carr's number! GO BUCKS! I will be at the game this weekend to watch Purdue lose, hopefully with a touchdown pass to Jenkins on 4th and 1 for the game.

Found a picture of the 1970 team we lost. I actually worked with a guy who was coaching at the ECU game and didn't take the plane home because the went to recuirt a kid in NC after the game(4th coach from the right). After the crash the player who had the most expierence and leadership was a 20 old year sophmore who didn't make the trip because of injury.

Prediction

Here's my prediction. Oklahoma goes undefeated. Ohio State loses to Michigan next week. USC loses a close one to Oregon State and my LSU Tigers win out and play against the sooners in the crescent city. Only a 90 minute road trip for the team and I. :D

I say Oklahoma goes undefeated and no one will play them in the title game and Oklahoma is forced to enter the draft and turn pro.
