Coil pack very hot

So, Ive got a 02 Mazda familia P5 sport20
Engine :FS2
Automatic
4WD
Right Hand Drive

My nightmare is that the car is loosing power, it struggles to move off and it's rough in idle mode

The mechanic cleaned the injector's
Change the fuel filter
Change the coil pack

But, what we've notice is that only one coil pack is hot "really HOT!" (the one closer to the battery)

What could be the cause??
