COBB turbo inlet

will it fit the COBB Sri?

WTF? Cobb acts like this is the hardest fukin thing in the world to engineer. Its a god damn box. Make the s***, sell it and make some money. Panzies.

You're welcome ... for me, even if it showed no gains I'd consider it if it quieted the loud unrefined turbo noise you get from an intake (not the BPV phssh but the circular saw sound when spooling).

Quiet...Um, don't think so

i just want it for engine dress up. i hope it comes out as nice as cobbs...looks kinda assy now in those pics

Why not? The stock intake box is designed for sound absorption ... can't see the Corksport box being worse and I can logically seeing it being better, but we won't know for sure 'til someone tries it.

I was referring to the aftermarket turbo inlet (naughty) It'll make things louder.

^^ Ya, gotta agree with everything I've seen/heard so far there ... waiting for the silicone inlet pipe from Cobb & CP-E to see if it makes a diff in sound compared to the metal pipes on the mkt now.

my cutom metal one with silicone elbow is loud as s***. Made the ms cai twice as loud, and for those who know the sound you get from a cai, its like that but much sweeter :)

Thank you man. i appreaciate it. I took the time and effort to make something funny and it didnt seem appreacited till u said u thought it was funny. I sure as hell laughed my ass off when posting it.

i was actually saying to sport6 when he replied to your comment;)
but yours was still funny i laughed at both.

COBB is local to me and they are busy with the Subby guys. :)
They are not fast at getting new parts out. They have amazing stuff, but they are slow releasing it.

How does the turbo inlet effect your daily driving? I wouldn't think it would make it that bad, I know more forced air means using more gas.

you just explained it yourself lol
a daily driver should be somewhat good on gas.. thats how most people look at anyways
