Good news MrJoel. Glad you're getting it taken care of. I left my car over night. They said they had to verify it, but I honestly think that was just so that the dealership could tell Mazda NA that they had "verified" it. My service guy is very cool and didn't really seem to need anythimg more than my word that it was happening. They also gave me a free rental car, so if you do have to leave your car ask about a lonaer or rental.

Well they finally got the parts in. I dropped it off yesterday morning and got it back that evening. I can't believe the difference. It's like a totally different car. not more shaking at starts. It's way smoother when letting the clutch out. My one gripe about the car has been fixed. Andybody with an '02 who has yet to get this fix should go in for it.

Yep, that's why I started this thread it made a huge differnece for my car and solved the ONLY problme I ever had with it.

You guys are depressing me. I have had this problem almost since the beginning, and I have taken it to the dealer twice. Of course they couldnt replicate. But the worse part of it is that they completely deny that a TSB exists for this issue. They are not the only ones, I called 3 different dealers, and Mazda NA customer service, and they all say no TSB exists on my VIN. I asked them to do a search without the vin, and they also said it does not exist. Without a TSB, they said they would not touch it.

Consider yourselves lucky to have dealers in your town that give a crap about their customers, or at least are more skilled in finding the appropriate TSBs.

I know what you mean Carlos, I've had the same problem, my dealer sucks and refuses to fix my POS
