Clutch Install

So, my clutch is gone and the dealer will not warranty and quoted 2700 bucks for parts and labor. I cannot afford that and am planning on buying one from PG to do it myself, but am a little nervous about how big of a job this will be. Dealer quoted around 10hrs labor.. another place said 8-9.

Has anyone here done this? Did you remove the front part of the frame and drop the whole tranny? I have found a website that has a very primitive write up, but do not want to get too involved and then have to stop due to a lack of tools/resources.. Any advice?

not for sure on a ms6 but its a minerly big job and it is pretty time consuming, we had a lift and it took us 6 hours to do my clutch and flywheel and we had air tools! make sure to set aside a weekend so u have plenty of time do get it done and if u have access to a lift take advantage of it!
