Besides the cost, which is prohibitive for them to be used on a Nissan. Plus, any technology developed using military $$ is military property until they say otherwise. I don't the coutry's next generation of battlefield armor is available to Xzibit to pimp your ride.

So if they are lexan, I think there would be other issues. Heat buildup behind solid plastic rims would be huge. I think the material would be damaged by heat before a pothole. With that said, however, I believe lexan is the most likely material, making them religated to poseur show use only...perfect for a 350z!

its actually clear alumina the military wants to use it for bullet proof windows. they superheat it with some s*** causing it to become clear and 3 times stronger then steel

Either way, company reps say that Radurra wheels can be tinted any color, and can even be lit internally.
