clean/polish/wax...3 step combo dance...

Hey guys...wasn't sure where to post this, but I figured waxing would go under appearance.

So I've been trying to figure out how to wax my car...just read an article that said meguiar's sucked. So i decided, since I'm familiar with Meguiar's I'd use some of their stiff and a different wax. So here's my plan:

Wash: Mother's California Gold Shampoo...damn it's nice smellin!
Clean: Meguiar's Deep Crystal Paint Cleaner
Polish: Meguiar's Deep Crystal Polish
Wax: Zymol Cleaner Wax

Can anyone see any problems with this combo in this order? I just can't afford to take the time/money to get the whole Zaino Bros. setup, and the article compared that, Zymol, Zymol NSX (wicked expensive!) and Meguiar's...Zaino won, the cheap Zymol was second! I figured that'd do. Lemme know what you think!

Hawaiian Shine Shampoo, Swirl-Less, and Cherry Wet Wax .. all from Coats Products.

Wash the car, clay bar it (any brand), Polish (Swirl-Less), Wax it (CWW) then keep the finish up with Miracle Mist (also from Coats Products).

Thanks for the advice peeps...but my real concern, I guess is if this set up will work or if there are any snafus...

Where do you get this Hawaiian stuff anywho...I just bought what I got at Advanced Auto Parts. How long does that stuff last, too? I wanted something that I won't have to use every time I wash the car (monthly). You know...a 2-4 times a year deal...I also bought Meguair's Quik Detailer to keep it in order as necessary.

EDIT: Just looked at this...apparently the Zymol is a cleaner/wax so it would undo the first two steps...I don't think that'll work in the process :D . Just have to use it on my girly's Scooby...

So where can I get a good wax to use in this process?
