Got to agree with you there. After owning a few Honda's, the trannies and engine in a honda are just the smoothest of any 4 cyl's out there.
When I had the 97' Prelude, my boss at the time had a 325i 5 spd( nice car). When I drove his, I was amazed that my prelude shifted smoother. Of course he didn't believe me, afterall, it was a BMW right.......that is until he drove mine and even he had to admit it was smoother.
Honda might be screwing up their cars looks and s***, but they still make the best engines, and trannies out of all the Japanese/american cars.
