Christmas '08

Yea, she's a photo ham for sure. Her name is Zoe and this is her 3rd Christmas.

You know what I did last christmas?
I gave this lady a car that was allways walking in the cold to take
her kids to school. I know it is not nice or anything but it beats walking in
the cold.

Thanks...it's a mix of ornaments folks have given me and some we've bought...

I was going to take pics of everything last night and our less-than-3-year-old camera crapped out on us. I'll borrow Taylor's dad's camera tonight and snap some pics.

Wasn't 100% happy with the way the pics turned out.

Getting our tree this weekend, look for new pics!

I remembered I do have some pics from '06 and '07 on my work computer. Ignore the box of junk next to the small Christmas tree. We were still kinda / sorta unpacking back in 2006.

I argue the Real Tree part. I have always had a real tree, since I was a very little one. Actually going out and picking out the perfect tree, getting it home and setting it up. They always smelled very good, which is what always triggers the smell of christmas for me. Plus getting together with family and putting the lights up and the orniments, then the angel and star. Then I always add my special touch. Since we are a railroad family, and I work at a model shop, Always put up a killer Trainset around the tree. Always leave enough room for presents, so that should tell you how big we make it. Just plain love this time of year. It always puts me in a good mood and is alot of fun. The spirit is big with our family.

for the smell of a real tree i put a few pine tree air freshners on the branches near the pole of my fake tree
