venison or beef, tomato paste, chili powder (spicy or mild) beans or no beans.canned tomato halves. depending on the amount you want to cook, first cook down the venison or beef till done. put in strainer to remove oil, then place in pot with tomato paste, tomato halves, salt, pepper, chili powder (packets) not chili seasoning in jar. you will also have to add water accordingly. if you use beans, i would let them cook first because they will take the longest. then simmer on low flame for about 45 min. a low setting on the stove 1 or 2 should be ok. add spices to tweak the flavor as needed a good thing to do also is stir as often as possible....yummy now i'm hungry....good luck, its pretty easy. after the first time cooking it you will be able to do it in your sleep......oh!!!!! some people add onions as well
