National plan ($39.99) with 550 anytime minutes and unlimited evenings and weekends. Used to use the AT&T ONE rate, but that's was when my company paid for it... now that I don't work for that company, it is too much for me to afford. 
National Plan is good for me since I'm heading off to Chicago during the Spring Break week and will be covered. The only CON to this plan is that they charge for ROAM areas. National Plan covers spots of cities around the nation... but not the roaming areas in between... so that can be tricky.
AT&T quality has treated me well for over 8 years, but I think others are catching up. I personally like the GSM T-Mobile is offering. AT&T coverage has not given me much problems in the past, but T-Mobile and Sprint signals are pretty good in Austin from what I hear.
