Cargo Liner recommendations

Hello everyone,

What do you use in the back of your 5 to keep things from sliding around/banging all over the place? Have any of you tried the Mazda cargo liner? Does it keep things in place? Any other suggestions? I will pass by the dealer tonight to take a look at it anyway. I also found a rubber roll cargo liner at walmart, that you cut to the shape you need (doesn't look trashy). Slightly uncertain on what to go with at the moment (first "minivan"). Leaning towards the oem liner, but would appreciate feedback

There are postings in the 5 forum about the liner, Slash.

Most use the Mazda 3 liner.
I bought a rubber mat from Canadian Tire for 20 bucks, made a few cuts to fit for length and to allow tuck-ins at the side. So far, so good.

Hmm. Didn't notice it (I did a search in this forum, maybe I'll check the others as well). I went by the dealer yesterday to ask their opinion about the liner, they said it's only to keep the area clean, and that things will still slide around. I guess the 3 liner is different then? I'll search some more

Use the liner specific for the M5 and also use the cargo net.
