Can't get Alternator out, no space- CX-5

Anyone have any tips or advice on how to get my old detached Alternator out? Like physically pull it up and out. I have disconnected everything I could besides the motor mounts to make room and I am still not able to get the Alternator out. I have turned and changed the position every which way and it is still not fitting through the space I have to work with. Can't remove from bottom because of ac hose and part below alternator. Any advice or help is appreciated.

so take the AC compressor off with the hoses still attached, and swing it out of the way without letting it hang by the hose or stressing it... an experienced mechanic would do that, and that's also what the shop manual says to do

sucks that has to be done that way and pretty stupid design... but I suppose mazda has confidence that these alternators last a long time, and they should if you don't drive your car around with a weak or bad battery lol... is it really dead, or you're just changing out like someone else here recently did "for safe measure"?
