Just a heads up everyone, Mazda.ca has updated their site with the 2008 info. Also, it looks like that one can order a GT with a manual transmission. I was under the impression that it was like the Grand Touring in the usa and that only the automatic was offered. Go figure.

Yup...you're right.
We get the GT trim with the 5-MT option....see http://www.mazda.ca/root.asp
I also see that they offer the GT with front mudflaps in Canada....Wonder what that looks like and if they're adaptable to the 2006/07...

Did you notice that EPA numbers are better?
Even for 5 MT it's 9.6 city and 7.1 hwy.
As far as I remember my 2006 5 MT was rated 10.6 city and 8.0 hwy.

Front mudflaps only comes on our canadian GS version without side sills
