Camshafts Getting Installed

Well I dropped, my car off Tonight to get my Camshafts installed, Friday I am taking the MP3 to the track hopfully It shaved a lil time off.

Dont get your hopes up.

Make sure you put some good daily driven miles on those cams before give them a beating at the track. Good luck and don't expect to break into the 15's.

does anybody know if the cams come with a timming mark? i was planning to install myself.... info will be greatly appreciated!

Also, i heard not to bother with the exhaust cam...or you'll lose TQ.

the mazdaspeed camshafts. and forgive me my brain escapes me... what is TQ? torque???

The exhaust cam is worth more than the intake since it's the one that has increased lift. You might as well do both if you're paying someone to do it anyway. Get rid of the stock exhaust manifold and you'll see a lot better gains.
