Burr Brown 24bit DAC vs. 16bit DAC

I'm looking at getting 1 of the following Pioneer Premier units:

$360 DEH-P860MP (Burr Brown 24bit DAC)
$229 DEH-P760MP (16bit DAC)

Would the Burr Brown 24bit DAC (vs. 16bit), 6.5V pre-outs (vs 2V) be that much better to justify the price difference? The DEH-P860MP does have some other goodies that I don't care too much about though.

I honestly don't think you would be able the really hear the sound difference if it was just the D/A convertors in a car. Maybe stopped with the engine off in a quite area ut once you turn on the engine and are driving, no. There real difference you will be able to here is the 2V to 6.5V pre-out level. That is going to make a much larger diference in lowering the noise floor level for the whole system. The D/A convertor difference is just gravy at that point.
