Does anyone know the demintions of the front bumper on the MSP cause i want to get a FMIC, but i need to make sure it will fit because i dont want to have to cut the bumper.

Hey, someone is just trying to help about spelling so we know what to answer with whatever questions you may have.

Now that we got the spelling out of the way...

Do a search. Somebody else (or maybe you) asked this same question before. I don't think anybody has the specific dimensions. However, check in the forced induction forum, as many people running turbos on MP3s and other Proteges have low FMICs and can probably give you info.
