So my pads are starting to go out. I'm getting the brakes light and looks like there isn't much life on the pads. Yes I checked the fluid too and it is still a little under full as well. Anyway I'm just looking for opinions on which pads to get. I heard Hawk and Axxis were good. Any other suggestions?

correction: If your brakes break, that would make them BROKEN

Man, no wonder English is difficult to learn.

I think I broke my brakes:

What I think may be worse is when people can't find something because they loose it. :D

I have hawk HPS pads on all four corners. Great stuff. The only thing is that having slotted rotors in the front, the front pads are wearing out much faster then the rear. I have had them on for 1/2 a year and the pads are about 75% left on the front and 90% left on the rear.

On most vehicle braking is biast(sp?) 70% front 30% rear due to wiegt transfer while stopping which means you'll replace the front pads 2x as much. Bendix ceramics and Wagners are pretty much best bang for buck as far as local advanced and autozones go. EBC prolly the best i've had experience with.
