Isnt adjusting boost bolt on ? You can revert to stock easily at least with the manual boost controler.

I am personally not having any luck with MBC's. I've tried two now...and neither is giving me the consistency I want. It'll be low one day and too high the next. I've heard nothing but good things with the Profec, so I'm going to give it a shot.

Buyer beware

FastGuy's first post here is spamming a boost controller. That'd make me wary of buying.

I had the first Profec B installed without issues for a couple years until it no longer controlled boost. Bought a specII to replace it and the first one shipped to me only half of the digital display worked so was unable to use. Was shipped another and it didn't control boost. Same goes for the 3 other guys I know who bought them and all had to replace with something that worked.

I run a TurboSmart dual stage boost controller now and am happy with. The Profec B spec II is still on my dash after removing the selenoid while and the pressure readings it spits out on the display are outta wack (my boost gauge is accurate). IMHO=JUNK.

$100 for mine if you don't believe me.

i had an mbc and it was inconsistent as well. it's unfortunate...really unfortunate, but 18 psi feels so good
