After a long run around . Found a y connerctor at autozone to tap into brake booster line for my hks ssqv bov. Let me tell you this makes a world of difference no turkey at all . Seems to respond 100% better. Still need to tune some its raining hard here. Thought everyone would like to know this. May be a repost. This and all the vacum line sources should be sticky. Thanks 505 zoom and linux racer for answering my questions I appreciate it. Thanks Tony

Flying Miata makes a Brake booster line "vacuum" source. $24.95. Just got it and it has 3 taps. It's part of their Protege kit - signal source fitting 02-5P070

h I

Make sure when you tap into it to do it in the middle because on the left side towards the brake booster there is a check valve in there feel around for it . I said feel . lol (outie)

which line is it exactly? Can a better pic be taken in the light?

Thanks.

I have this pic for now, I'll go take another one for you and get a better view of which line it is.

This one is a little better. It's the fattest looking hose because it has a large sleeve around it. The arrow points at the easiest spot to find it.

Wow...great pics...that answers alot of questions. Did you use that as your Boost gauge source also? It looks like your 2 gauge lines run to different vacuum sources from the pics.

err, yea, i have my boost gauge and FCD tapped there. I'll probably try switching my BOV to that, and my gauge off my BOV tee or something.
