if you like the stocker BPV so much why not just keep it on the system?

Note that crashkelly said BPV .. Not BOV.

The stock valve is a bypass. If you want a blow-off, you just aren't going to get the same sound. One recirculates air. The other vents it.

Get the Boost Science diverter valve in the place of the stock BPV and in conjuction with a CAI sound real good...

Well i know the difference between a BPV and a BOV i juss didn't know which one the MSP had (i haven't had my MSP for very long). Also I've heard that BPVs are better than BOVs, but how big of a difference does it really make???

Yeah i'm looking into purchasing a BOV, thinking about a HKS SSQV...any suggestions?

If you go HKS.. Are you going to relocate the MAF or run a dual setup with your stock BPV?
I have the Forge BOV and I likey, no stallin!! (nana)

Stick with a bpv or the stock bpv...BOVs are a waste of money for this car...If you get one you only do it for the sound and it does nothing for performance. Plus if you get one you have to either relocate your maf or run a dual bpv/bov setup...so whats the point...

I heard u wanna get a FMIC, there is a GB on the corksport kit. Do a search and if u can't find it tonite I will post the link.

The reason I brought it up is it will work with the stock BPV. It retails for 799.00 and with the GB it will go for 699.00.

Crash, I have to disagree somewhat on this one.
I run a Forge dual piston/stage BOV in place of my stocky BPV. I'm not running a dual set up on my car. I have my MAF in the stock location with a SRI and the car runs just the same as it did while stock. I get no stalls, no bad idles, no gas milage issues.
The stock BPV has been known to leak under boost so that means the boost could be inconsistant. With a Dual Piston BOV you do not have to worry about the stalling issues and they don't leak. I only hear my BOV when I get the boost flowing, otherwise I can only hear a very small whoosh of air. Under boost, the Forge is very loud. (drinks)
