bought a condo, yay. the only reason I am posting this here is because I now have $0000000000000 spending money, pretty much. I cancelled my tint appointment because I need that $200 towards closing costs.

I guess I will be modding my car veeeeeeeeeery slowly but surely. maybe 2 mods a year tops.

the whole purchase almost fell through,, the home inspection turned up that the entire HVAC system needed to be replaced,,, @ roughly $6,200ish cost. to make a long story short the seller finally agreed to pay for the entire unit though, so the deal is still good. :]

Cant really speak for condo's, but home ownership rocks. Nothing feels as good (aside from just moved in sex) as renting for years and then walking into a house you can do what ever you want in and to.
