Blueprotegelx Turbo Build

looks like instead of the 225/40 i will be doing the 225/35. I called everywhere and no one local makes a 225/40 and those that do are asking 375 a piece. Looks like i will need to be extremely careful driving when it comes to potholes and what not.

negative. why?

Edit: I assume u have turkey dubb? Which SSQV do you have? Auto adjustable or manual? I have the V3 in which it adjusts itself. If you have a turkey still you probably have a leak or something. What's your boost gauge reading?

V3 ssqv

I didn't have turkey until I put the intake on yesterday, eww. Boost gauge hits 6psi

yeah i do not have any turkey. you must have a leak or something somewhere is what i would assume. I'm hitting 10 right now.

Wheels and tires are on. There is a little rubbing in the rear when i take turns, but it's not that bad. I was able to take a ball bat and press the inner part of the fender inwards some and that helped a lot, but still some rub. I may try to roll rear as soon as possible and may be even roll them further upon the addition of some BC Coils. I definitely would like to get coils now due to the fact that may front is no longer tucking...a little wheel gap, so the eibachs must go lol.

pics soon

Are you running the bov off the brake booster line? If not that is probably the issue. so how was the intake?

and josh stop being lazy and post up pics.

i have a question, how do u run the BOV off of the brake booster? cuz that hose is ****** huge and its really hard, not like regular rubber
i was thinking of just running it off a vaccum line directly off of the intake mani

vac block will be good for you. and it gives independent sources for vac.

Well first cut the hose, but make sure you are to the right of the check valve! To find the check valve squeeze the line and when you find somthing hard and like a buldge cut to the right of it. Then take an adapter that you can buy at an auto parts store and it will adapt that big line to a smaller one it will be a T fitting. It will look kinda funny cause the top of the T is huge and the stem of the T is kinda small. But they do make them. Thats what i used on my car.

My WGA is coming off the brake booster, I'll swap it with the BOV and see how it responds.

Is it a must to be on the right of the check valve? I'm right next to it on the left....

i wanna say being to the left(towards passenger side) is correct. not the right side.
