Blown Motor....B/C of Oil Filter!!!

still you need to go to the dealer and demand to talk to the owner and threat to contact the news(they don't like that).
Sorry, but that will NEVER work. TV news stations absolutely depend on car dealers. They are the biggest source of advertising, and doing an expose on a dealer will result in the dealer dropping their spots, thus costing the station tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars a month! That's why the only dealer exposes you'll see are on the big national shows like 60 minutes. And the dealers all know this, so they'll just call your bluff.

first off, who did you talk to at the dealership, sounds like some piss ant desk in the service department was a dick, talk to service manager, and if that has already happened, keep going up, sales manager, and then finally contact the general manager if none of the below help you.

Sorry I didnt respond sooner guys, Ive been so busy with work and this s*** and nextel....nextel is another bulls*** company...but anyways ive contacted the regional rep he was supposed to get back to me yesterday.....mazda is saying the oil filter was loose and it drained all the oil.....when all the oil drained out where the car was pulled over after the engine blew! So i dont know what to do Jiffy says im s*** out luck because in their warranty on the back of the paper it says if something goes wrong....you cant have the car checked out anywhere else....mazda has given me a paper stating it was jiffy's fault....Someone shoot me now please!! But thanks for all the replies and support i have been reading them I just havent had time to post.....It might be time to get a lawyer....anyone know any good lawyers for this situation please email me or im me at Stlguyinmiami@aol.com

Damn Raul... I'm really sorry to hear about this. Is your MSP at Gunther right now? There's a black one an Aruba tag that's been there a few days. My dad's done some Magnusson-Moss cases and I'll ask him if there's anything else you should do to get this taken care of.
