sears has craftsman torque wrenches for 50% off.
They also have a basic rolling box with riser and top box for $80. Not good for real tool storage but ok as a start and good as a little garage addition.
If I had room I'd jump on that for $80.

Lowes or Home Depot has an almost identical Setup for 59.99 tomorrow...If I wasnt working I would pick it up for some extra storage myself.
