back into a mazda with more traction!!

so as some of you might kno i recently totalled my little ms3 and my stealth is on the way out. so i have been looking for a new car. i was at my local mazda dealership and was looking at a 05 6 gt v6 when out of the corner of my eye i saw a ms6. i took it out for a test drive and bought it on the spot! its a little more then i wanted to spend but i think ill be happier in it. its a red one with black leather next step powder coat rims black!

nice. i have an 06 velocity red mica MS6 also. no leather though and i love it

any advice on first mods? anything that needs to be done? like in the speed3 the motor mount was a must..

MM for the MS6 also. If I had to choose just one mod for the MS6 it would have to be the CP-E FullControl Flash......... after that the sky's the limit. Good luck and grats on the purchase I love mine.(drive)

Congrats, ms3acton! You'll have to give your impressions of the 6 vs the 3 after you get a little seat time.

I've been taking a lot of time to figure out what to do first, but it's looking likely that I'll go with the SU motor mount, Cobb SRI (SU edition), replace the TMIC (TRZ is working on one that sounds very promising), and the TWM Stage 2 short shifter.

I haven't really researched the Full Control flash or Cobb AP yet though.

so far ive noticed that the speed3 hits a lot harder when your cruising and then hit wot. i imagine because my speed6 weighs almost 1000 pounds more lol. also the speed6 seats dont hold me as tight as the speed3 seats did. im a little guy at 155lbs tho. the speed6 rides a lot nicer. feels more luxurious then sporty, which i like and ive alrdy ordered the twm stg 2 sshifter and a cobb sri. just have to say that i love the car. its not as crazy fast as the speed3 btut i think im going to enjoy driving it more
