good luck finding a GPW.....theyre hard to come by....thats what I wanted :(
OK im set...the car will go on sale as soon as I can decide prices on all the parts. I will be posting it for sale at my desired price as-is now. If I cant find a buyer I will buy a car and then start a complete part out. I would like to do a trade plus cash for the engine with another TURBO owner to help make finding an engine easier. Then once its as close to stock its off to Car Max or the Auction house.

Anyone know where I can find a GPW S2000 please PM me.
 
BTW....the feel of an S2k >>>>>>>>>>>> MP3/MSP/P5.....

I love our MSP and doubt we'll ever get rid of it but driving the S2k is just something else....

It is a very gay car. Main reason evilmonkey owns one. And he owns an msp with a dent. Double gay.

Oh and I agree the S2k is gay. I don't care if it's faster than the MSP, I'm not a fan of the go-kart feel it has, and the CR edition which I believe was close to 40k MSRP is just retarded. Did I mention I work at a Honda dealership?
 
Sorry guys, but ya the S2K is gay. Sure it's got a little bit of "horsepower" but torque is a foreign concept to that car. I've driven one on some twisty ass roads (it was stock) and it wasn't really as fun as everyone said it would be. The steering gave little feedback, and waiting on VTEC to kick in (y0!) took an eternity, and by the time it did and you got any sort of useable power, time to shift again.

No to mention it looks so pussy for a "sports car" but when was the last time Honda built anything remotely inspiring anyway.

Sounds like a honda hater to me. S2k is one the best cars out the box for the track and u have hondas performance, reliability and resale value unlike our beloved proteges. Saying the S2k is gay is a stupid statement, to each there own but dont hate. An ap1 9k rpm or Ap2 8k rpm rear wheel drive track monster sounds good to me. Some of the fastest touge or track races have come from this car from NA or FI s2k's. This car has the ability to be all motor which the protege doesnt and we all know there is nothing sexier than a boosted s2k. Some of the best aftermarket support is behind this car like Amuse, J's Racing, and Top Secret etc.

And your last statement about honda not building something inspiring? "Vtec" has inspired alot of manufactures to add some kind of variable timing with some kind of lift etc (mitsubishi-mivec, toyota vvtl-i, nissan cvtc) etc. Also the NSX was one and still is one of the best supercars ever made. It proved itself on the track against plenty of cars with twice the power. So Avarela86 if ur going S2k more power to you and i fully support you decision on such a well balanced vehicle with a ton of potential.

Phil! You never called me back that day you were helpin your pops! I would love to hand you the keys to the MP3 but it will have to be for an upped price and with a stock engine. I gotta pay for the S2K somehow.
