yeah i hear u. wrong timing for me i guess lol. but hey lemme call u this afternoon. we spent like 2 days messing with my dads work truck and dealing with the dealership. lots of running around so i just forgot lol

My point was in the picture. Most Honda owners take the appearance mods a bit too heavily. Yes, the green P5 is proof that a single Mazda owner took it too far, but the Gay Honda : Gay Mazda ratio is overwhelming. I know you own an s2k so obviously you're offended. I have no idea what a dolt is.

The ratio is overwhelming because Honda has a MUCH larger aftermarket support and unfortunately it is also highly supported by cheap Ebay companies with inexpensive, cheap products. One of the greatest complaints of Mazda owners has been that there is not ENOUGH aftermarket support for our beloved Proteges therefore most if not all the aftermarket products we can choose from are high quality "expensive" parts that the avg. cheap modder cant afford. Main reason why even on that ghetto P5 you still see a NICE Wilwood brake setup.

sure, riced out civics are a dime a dozen, but one example of a bad S2k doesnt mean that there are more crappily modded S2ks than there are mazdas....all other hondas, sure...I dont really(and most other S2k owners) dont group the S2k with "other hondas" so its kinda ******* annoying

the S2000 is nearly as different from any other honda as the RX7/8 is from any other mazda.. so you definitely have a point there. yeah, you see one or 2 that are done tastelessly, but the vast majority that are modded are pure badass.

Haha. I think a S2000 is a damn good car. Ive seen it at the track and it does a good job. Im not too big on the looks of it but i do like the interior. The reason i chose the msp over the s2000 because the s2000 reminded me of my prlude, which i had at that time. Just rwd. I got no hate for Vtec. It feels damn good when it kicks in. GL on ur new platform. And getting hp out of a N/A is expensive. Mugen and what not.

thats definitely true...squeezing more power out of an S2k N/A is a stretch....best bet is to save $ for a turbo/supercharger.

I may stick to the nice NA stuff but the more I read on the S2K forums the more I am strictly considering a supercharger. BUT first I gotta sell the MP3/and parts, and FIND the RIGHT S2K.
