Ok guys with Autoexe or DG lip..... do we have to take off the OEM MP3 air splitter first in order to install the lip?

You mean that black lip on the bottom of the bumper? I would assume you would have to. The lip overlaps the front bumper just a little bit doens't it?

Yes you do. We remounted ours after mahchining some connecting rods to strengthen the front end.
