Age is merely a number, not something that defines who I am. Plus I'm a gingerkid, so the age rules get chucked out the window. :D

doesn't being a ginger mean that you have no soul?

*resurrects the topic* How many states have no fault insurance? Florida one and it sucks. Although, the only time I was hit, the other persons insurance paid for it.

no fault is a crock...I got hit and my insurance company wasnt even notified...

Ya same here. I was preparing to pay for the damages myself (~$500) rather than go through insurance but than I got a letter from the other guys insurance company and they offered to pay for it. Still though, to think someone can hit me and that persons insurance won't cover the damages. (argh)

no fault is good and bad.... it helps because it insulates you against lawsuits for small claims, but your monthly amount is increased.

I'm 20 and have full coverage at State Farm. I've had 2 accidents, 1 totalled and the other front damage. I pay about $2500 every 6 months. My deductible is either $250 or $500. Can anyone beat how much I pay? Insurance sucks ass!

whoa damn. my sisters bf is 19, has like 4 or 5 accidents and 3 totalled vehicles, suspended license, numerous other charges. He pays about $4,000 a year for NO coverage. Its basically insurance that will let him drive legally but if he gets into an accident he doesn't have crap lol.

after I had my license suspended (@ age 17 with ONE ticket), my insurance jumped to 7200 a year... @ one point I was paying about 7600 a year...
that was full coverage, $500 deductable in delaware on a 2003 jetta... with progressive (geico @ the time wanted almost 12k a year...)

so yeah... been there, done that.
