Hi Ceric
I had it flushed twice already. The first dealership listed it as 8 quarts which would have been fine if they really did put 8 qts in the machine. I was watching through the window and the tech only put in 2 quarts in the machine. I then checked the fluid through the dipstick and it was a dirty red. When i questioned the tech he lied to me in my face saying that he flushed it twice at 8 quarts each totaling 16. On my next visit to this dealership they had covered all the windows with cardboard. That was my last visit to that dealership. The second dealership to which i am going to now is more honest. I watch them do it and when i checked the fluid before leaving it was really red, they used almost 8qts in the machine. They used bottled fluid from mazda. The tech showed me the flush kit and the fluid bottles. I am asking about the drain and fill because once my extended warranty is up i will do this stuff myself. Ceric from my experience going to dealers as well as indy shops is when they let you watch they have nothing to hide. When they make up excuses saying you can't that is when you have to watch out.
