...Like maybe a Manifold / Spipe combo i know to change the manifold that all has to come off.. so :P

This is what I was thinking and hoping for. I'm planning on getting your manifold and want a bigger S pipe but I need the S pipe to be able to mate up with the Vibrant J pipe.

aluminum exhaust? i dunno is that better then stainless steel? i mean aluminum will corrode no?

the vibrant exhaust is a really good system for the MSP, i mean it would have to compete with that, if it can and somehow you can make it so i doesnt rust or whatever oxidize it would be a good alternative

Aluminum dosn't rust.

Well i know that it doesnt rust, it oxidizes or form aluminum oxide (corrosion), but like the vibrant system is stainless steel which doesnt rust (or oxidize). So what i am saying is if your going to make the exhaust, its gonna be much better then some of the competitors, like vibrant. Their system is bolt on for the MSP, and its stainless steel (like i personally have it).

I mean just giving you more of a heads up of what you may encounter as arguments or comments, maybe its a futile attempt i dunno, i am all for more products for the MSP, but i also dont wanna see a good company like yours make a product to only sell 1-2 pieces and then think twice when making a part for the MSP, when you could have known ahead of time.

I think you gusy make great products, hell i spoek to you on the phone a while ago too, i am interested in your manifold (and this is coming from a guy who has the thunder manifold already installed). But yeah.. its just a heads up boss thats all

Hey Leen - I would be interested in a full TB titanium or aluminum mandrel bent exhaust up to the muffler - especially if it is designed to easily be removed from your s pipe design. perhaps a cat no cat mid pipe section for emissions?

Just thought it might be of interest as I hear the Honda guys are doing a lot of aluminum exhausts. Light + the aluminum will condense the hot exhaust lowering its volume before it leaves the system.

Aluminum does create an oxide layer, which then in-turn protects it.
The stainless exhausts are great, just they weigh a fair bit more, and cost alot more.
Hopefully the manifold get's tested soon, look what I play with when I'm bored...

Now, this is getting tricky. On-end, it just blows away with the high-freq start, then purrs like a kitten...

Some shim stock, not sure it can be welded butt-joint like the blades, maybe with a backing of copper.

Some close-ups of the thin stuff. The concentration needed for this is more than I could do for any decent duration.

You have to move, move with this crap. First try was comical, second turned out alot better.

I'll take 1 of whatever doesn't rust....

Also a muffler like the GHL would be sweet, I can't stand those rice exhausts...

+1! Especially if it's 3" and has a cat delete option. If you build it I will buy one for sure.

A full exhaust would be mint, especially if its a good price, but most people already have that. Might not be a big market since others are available. What isn't really available is a fairly priced well build S pipe 3". over 400 dollars for less than 2 feet of pipe GHL?!?! COME ON!! there has to be something better. I could weld one up myself for lss than 30 bucks in pipe theres no way the labor is worth all that extra. It's ridiculous.

there making me a 3" s,j&mid thats going to be v band all the way back to my apexr1 cat-back. and if they stick with the mid pipe design that i will be dynoing it will bolt up to the stock system. there will also be flange options for those of you that want just the s pipe or just the j or just the mid pipe

here is an idea on the s-pipe setup, make it divorced wastegate or offer a wastegate dump. I cant see any kind of benefit going 3" here either not with the HP 90% of msp owners run.

As for new ideas: Cams, Cams, ohh yeah did i mention cams....there is so much power to be had in these engines locked up in the head and even a decent intake manifold. Also since you have a CNC machine look into cnc porting some heads as well.

How about an engine damper kit? Shifter knobs would be a good seller to.

Yeah! I was looking at a damper setup that someone else built at home. Just needs a couple of nice CNC machined brackets and there it is.

Aren't there enough shift knobs out there Lol! Hmmm! Steed Speed engraved in the top. Lets see how the manifold goes first eh!

I CNC ported my Celica. Does a beautiful job! If I can find a head I could give it a try. How many of you would want one though? It would only really be of use to guys who are maxed out on boost and everything else.

^^^ I would agree on "CAMS" and "INTAKE MANIFOLD" as for head port theres another vendor here that does that , Kooldino.

porting the head is not important as coming out with new products.

you can go to any reputable machine shop and get the head ported. you dont need a protege specific "person" to do a good job.
