2007~2015 CX-9 flashing engine light issue

I have a 2010 Mazda CX-9 and I have 212,000 mi on it currently have a flashing engine light says it's a misfire on two (0302) but we swapped out coils check plugs spray down the harnesses and connectors even did a mass flow cleaning. Runs perfectly shut it off go to start it and the whole thing starts all over again with the flashing engine light goes on and off by itself sometimes other times it'll stay on running out of things to check.

Any ideas? Help!
