I was wondering if these wheels would fit and look good on a red 02 P5. I am going to be running 205/50/16 on my car and know these will fit. Just trying to get a feel of other's opinions.

not trying to be a nuuge, but are you asking if they'll fit, or do you know they'll fit and want to know if they'll look good?

I think they look pretty cool. I'm not a huge fan of lots of spokes, but when done right, it can look good and pretty racey.

I couldn't tell you abt fitment w/o size and offset specs

If you're looking at those off the tire rack, and they say they'll fit, they're guaranteed to fit.
I think they'll look good. Go on the tire rack .com and take a looksy!

I found them through the tire rack as one of the wheels listed in 16", bolt pattern of 5x114, and wheel offset of +40. I am running 205/50/16's so will this offset be okay or do I need to look for a +45? Just for kicks, here's a pic of a Mazda 3 with 17" (same color as my Protege5) just to see what they'll look like:
