sorry but i wasnt impressed. had to take a test and got 85. idk if it was out of 100. anyways he said i could get any job i wanted and kept going on about the money for college assistance. i dont think im gonna do this cause he wants me to drop college for basic training.

Your score is very good. Passing is 30 and anything above that is above average. It sucks that this dumbass is trying to pressure you into dropping out of college to go to basic. Basic Training runs year round and there are always slots availible. He should work around your plans not the other way around. Well, best of luck with whatever you do.

yeah he told me it was around a year for training. i MAY do this after i finish college. for some reason its been sorta like a dream since i was young. i might check out the air force station.

You're there now? I have a plt about of Combat Engineers that's getting deployed within the next couple of months. Any advice that I can pass on to them?

It is not too bad depending on where they will be at. If they come to Kandahar they will miss the hottest part of the year. If they out in the surrounding areas if could be pretty tough. But in Kandahar we have a pretty decent PX and a really nice gym.
