I bought a Trendnet network camera that has about the worst documentation available, and I tried for the better part of a day to get the thing to show me an image. I finally gave up and called Newegg to get an rma, on the second try I got somebody to say they would send me one through email in 24-48 hrs. Being stubborn, I kept messing with the cam and found an obscure post on a forum about a different model of Trendnet camera, and miraculously it solved the problem. Good thing, too, as I never received the rma.So all's well that ends well, but I wasn't happy with the service. It was a b2b purchase, and I'll be needing at least 1 more, so I may give you another try. (thumb)
