Anybody buy from Newegg?

I just wanted to see if any of you here buy from us and your thoughts about newegg.

Newegg is a great vendor with outstanding service and competitive prices. The product feedback on the newegg website is pure gold.

Too bad newegg doesn't sell Mazda parts!

I buy from newegg all the time. I tried to set up a business acct with them last year, but they said they didn't do b2b.

That's why my department is created!

For those of you who are interested, PM me your email and phone number and I will contact you guys and give you quote right over the phone/email.

We have warehouses located in CA, TN, NJ, China, South Amercias so our logistics is very through. Our prices are very competitive which makes my job tough since I am working with such low margin. However, I will do my best to give you the best price/shipping/service combo!

Actually I had a ho-hum experience with them recently, that ended up turning out ok. I bought a Trendnet network camera that has about the worst documentation available, and I tried for the better part of a day to get the thing to show me an image. I finally gave up and called Newegg to get an rma, on the second try I got somebody to say they would send me one through email in 24-48 hrs. Being stubborn, I kept messing with the cam and found an obscure post on a forum about a different model of Trendnet camera, and miraculously it solved the problem. Good thing, too, as I never received the rma. :( So all's well that ends well, but I wasn't happy with the service. It was a b2b purchase, and I'll be needing at least 1 more, so I may give you another try. (thumb)

I buy form newegg... built the computer I'm typing on with parts from there. I don't buy anywhere near the corporate level though.

I carry accounts from small-medium size business to corporate. My favorite are system builders, IT consultants because they know what they are doing, and they know values =p

Do you remember who you deal with in my department? Also, most RMA are shipped after the defective item is retruned. Perhaps the Rep just wasn't explaining the case to you clearly. In some cases, if you need to have the item first, we can also work something out.

No no, it wasn't officially a b2b purchase, I was just saying that it was my business that purchased it, and would in the future. Obviously your definition of RMA must be different than mine. I take "Returned Merchandise Authorization" to mean you have to get an RMA number to put on the box or else theoretically Newegg won't accept the package.

Well, depending on the product. Normally we are very good at the RMA process for we have a very low return rate (less than 3% compare to most 8%). I am not in customer service or the RMA dept so I can't explain in detail. However, if you do purchase from us next time, let me know so that I can track your item throughout.

I bought all my PC parts from them. And I buy DVD+R media from them too.
I even bought my camera bag from newegg. It's the only place I shop online for computer stuff now. Wouldn't shop anywhere else for PC stuff. I buy PC stuff online since the Pentium-90 days. Way too much bad experience from other sellers. When I found a reliable one, I stick to it forever, even if I have to pay more (but that certainly not the case for newegg, they are most of the time equal or cheaper than other places).

just FYI we also carry a good slection of DVDs and video games too! Our consumer electronic team does a very good job on capture items that people want.

no prob man, great doing business. thanks for the hookup with the shipping.
